At the outset, learned APP, on instructions from Ms. S. A. Mokashi, WASI, Panchgani Police Station, District Satara submitted that, after completion of the investigation in the present crime, the police have filed the charge-sheet on 21st April 2025 in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mahableshwar and that, the said case has now been numbered as R.C.C. No.13 of 2025.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.
