By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to submit the Action Taken Report on the petitioner's application dated 21st October, 2024.

Learned APP, on instructions states that the concerned Wakodikar 1/2

915-wp-1115-2025.doc authority has taken action against the concerned officer. She states that the concerned officer's one year increment has been stopped. Learned APP has produced a letter addressed to her dated 1st April, 2025 evidencing the same. The said letter is taken on record. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
