By this Petitioner, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the Police to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaints dated 19th December 2024 and 4th February 2025, with respect to an incident which took place on 18th December 2024.

Mr. Saste, learned Addl. P. P on instructions submits that the Petitioner's statement has been recorded and that an FIR has been registered on the basis of the Petitioner's statement. Suresh 1/2

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Additional PP, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Petition is disposed of.

Needless to state that the Police Authorities to investigate the said FIR on its own merits in accordance with law and take the complaint to its logical end.
