A praecipe has been filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 27th March, 2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that in 1/3

paragraph 2 of the order dated 27th March, 2025, it has been inadvertently stated as 'Mr. Saste, learned Addl.P.P on instructions submit that the petitioner's statement has been recorded and that an FIR has been registered on the basis of the petitioner's statement.' instead of 'Mr. Saste, learned Addl.P.P on instructions submit that the petitioner's statement has been recorded and that an FIR has to be registered on the basis of the petitioner's statement.' 3.

Accordingly, para 2 of the order dated 27th March, 2025 shall now read as under :

"Mr. Saste, learned Addl.P.P on instructions submit that the petitioner's statement has been recorded and that an FIR has to be registered on the basis of the petitioner's statement."

Learned Counsel for the petitioners further states that inadvertently in the cause-title of the order dated 27th March, 2025, the name of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners is wrongly mentioned as 'Mr. Prabhat P. Raul' instead of 'Mr. Prashant Raul'.

The order dated 27th March, 2025 stands corrected accordingly. Rest of the order to remain as it is. DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.
