Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by Order dated 12th March 2025 this Court had directed the Petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- in the account of Respondent No. 1 and Rs.7,000/- in the account of Respondent No. 2, and subject to the deposit on that condition interim relief was granted. It is submitted that the Petitioner could not deposit the said amount, therefore, there is no interim relief as such operating in the matter. However, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits 03rd July 2025 R.V.Patil

33 WP.1147.2025.doc that he will take instructions about depositing of the said amount, for which he needs some time.

At his request, stand over to 24th July 2025. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent has caused appearance. Considering that the D.V. proceedings have been filed after 20 years of marriage, the parties shall take instructions about settling the dispute through mediation.
