By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause 9(b) :- "b) The impugned F.I.R. No. 539/2018 dated 14/08/2018 registered by the Respondent No. 2 and the proceeding bearing no. 736/PW/2025 pending before 66th Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, Mumbai against the Petitioner be quashed/dropped."

After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Mujahid

Request made by Mr. Mujahid Ansari, learned Advocate for the Petitioner is not objected by Mrs. Poonam Bhosale, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent and Mr. Mubashir Hussein, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the present Criminal Writ Petition.
