By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the Respondent i.e., Yerwada Police Station, Pune to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 10th November 2024. 2.

Mr. Saste, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondent i.e., Yerwada Police Station states that the police will take an appropriate decision on the Petitioner's aforesaid complaint within one week from today and communicate their decision to the Petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the Petitioner's complaint and as such, all contentions of all the parties are kept open on merits.
