Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the charge-sheet is filed in his case and he would prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court. He seeks withdrawal of this application with such liberty.

Considering that the Petitioner wants to prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court, we are permitting the Petitioner to withdraw this Petition. The Petitioner is at liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court. If such

8-WP-1246-2025 an application is preferred, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law without being influenced by withdrawal of this Petition.

All the questions raised in this Petition are kept open to be decided in accordance with the law for consideration of the discharge application.

With these observations, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
