P.C.:- 1) The only relief sought by the Petitioner is a direction to the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to provide a copy of the FSL Report and the Final Cause of Death Certificate of the deceased. 2) Mr. Saste, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that the police will hand over a copy of the FSL Report as well as the Final Cause of Death Certificate of the deceased to the Petitioner today during the course of the day. Statement accepted.
