By this petition, the petitioner seeks de-freezing of his savings bank account No. XXXXXXX5627 with Fino Payment Bank. The petitioner also seeks imposition of exemplary costs on the Fino Payment Bank to compensate the petitioner for the financial loss suffered due to the arbitrary actions of the said Bank.

As far as the first prayer i.e. de-freezing of the petitioner's bank account is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's bank account has been defreeze only two days back by the Fino Payment Bank. As far as compensation sought from Fino Payment Bank is concerned, we, in writ jurisdiction, cannot go into the same. It is open for the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy as may be available to him in law.

Since the petitioner's main prayer i.e. de-freezing of the petitioner's bank account is concerned, the same does not survive as the petitioner's bank account has already been defreeze. The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy for seeking compensation against the Bank.

Petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms. We make it clear that all contentions of all parties are kept open.
