After arguing for some time and inviting our attention to the FIR, when we expressed our disinclination to quash the chargesheet in its entirety, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court. 2.

Permission is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The Petitioner is at liberty to prefer an application for discharge before the trial Court. If such an application is preferred,
