At the time when this writ petition was filed, a First Information Report was not registered on the basis of the complaint dated 26th February 2025.

Mr. S. V. Gavand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that an FIR vide First Information Report No. 62 of 2025 has been lodged on 26th March 2025 at Cuffe Parade Police Station, Mumbai.

Ms. Samreena Allana, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through virtual mode states that she wants to file Vakalatnama in this matter.
