The petitioner who is a victim and complainant is seeking the following directions to the respondents:
"A. To direct the respondents to jointly and/or severally carry out an investigation and forthwith register the said complaint dated 25th February 2025 in the form of F.I.R. or otherwise and submit a report to this Hon'ble Court within the period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;
B. To direct respondent no.2 to take over the investigation of the complaints from the respondent nos.1, 3, 4 and 5 herein for conducting a fair, independent and comprehensive investigation considering the complexity of the large-scale public fraud and cheating of investors (largely Indians), who are spread across multiple jurisdictions;
C. For costs."

Mr. Deepesh Shahani, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions to make the submissions in the Court that the petitioner is not pressing the prayer at "B". 3.
As to prayer for registering a First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 25th February 2025, Mr. S.V. Gavand, 2/3
the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the First Information Report vide C.R. no.62 of 2025 has been registered with the Cuffe Parade Police Station, Mumbai and the Enforcement Directorate has also registered ECIR bearing no.ECIR/MBZO-1/35/2025 on 26th June 2025.

In view thereof, this writ petition has been worked out. However, we may observe that we have not examined the merits of the allegations made by the complainant and this writ petition is disposed of only for the reason that a First Information Report and an ECIR have been registered.

Writ Petition no.1326 of 2025 is disposed of as infructuous. Interim Application nos.8691 of 2025, 9088 of 2025, 9090 of 2025, 9486 of 2025, 13992 of 2025, 13994 of 2025 and 13989 of 2025 also do not survive and are disposed of accordingly. [ GAUTAM A.
