Learned APP on instructions of the officer present from Cuffe Parade Police Station, Mumbai, states that an FIR has been N. S. Chitnis 1/2

917-wp.1326.2025.doc registered against the persons concerned, on 26th March 2025. He submits that the police will take immediate steps to issue an LOC against the five persons, today, during the course of the day. He submits that letters have been dispatched to the six banks seeking information with respect to twenty-one accounts and asking the banks to freeze the said accounts. He further submits that the letters from the said banks are awaited.
