Learned APP informs this Court that LOC has been issued against five persons. He further submits that out of 21 bank accounts, Wakodikar 1/2

916-WP-1326-2025.doc 12 bank accounts have been frozen and that Police are taking steps to freeze other bank accounts if any. He submits that the amount frozen from the said bank accounts is Rs.12,75,000/-. He seeks further time. 2.

Mr. D.P.Singh appearing for the respondent No.5 - SFIO also seeks time to take instructions as to whether any action can be initiated by the said respondent.

Mrs. Bhide, Spl.P.P appearing for the respondent No.3 - ED also seeks time to take instructions.
