By this petition, petitioners are praying for expediting the hearing of C.R.No. 260 of 2019.

It is contention of learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are behind bar more than five years and six months. In spite of that, the trial has not been concluded, hence requested to allow the petition. 3.
Learned APP submits that appropriate order be passed. 4.
I have heard both the learned counsel. This petition is registered on the application made by the petitioners from jail to High Court Registry. It appears from their application that offence under Section 376, 376-D of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 are registered 1/2

ORDER
i.
The writ petition is allowed.
ii.
The Additional Sessions Judge is directed to dispose of pending Sessions case arising out of C.R.No. 260 of 2019 within six months.

Writ Petition is allowed and disposed of.
