By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of the impugned notice dated 3rd March 2025 issued by the Respondent No.3 i.e. Yerwada Police Station, Pune to the Petitioner. Rest of the prayers are not pressed for and hence not considered. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that since the three letters which are annexed as "Exhibit F" colly., are not issued by the Petitioner, but by one Indushri S. Rao, the Police will withdraw the impugned notice, sent to the Petitioner. Statement accepted. Suresh 1/2

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition.
