Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No.1349/2025 seeks unconditional withdrawal of this Petition because according to the learned counsel, the Petitioner has preferred another Criminal Writ Petition No.2354/2025 regarding the same subject matter but it is for quashing by consent as opposed to the prayer for quashing on merits in the present Criminal Writ Petition No.1349/2025.

Considering this situation, learned counsel for the Petitioner is granted permission to withdraw Criminal Writ Petition No.1349/2025. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
