By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks re-investigation of the case i.e., the re-investigation of C.R.No.205 of 2024 registered with the Dapoli Police Station, on the premise, that the police have not recorded the statements of the eye witnesses to the incident that took place on 5th November 2024.

According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner the statements of Komal Kolge, Rohit Londhe and Anand Londhe should have been recorded by the police, since they were eye witnesses to the incident.

Ms. Hiwrale, learned APP, on instructions of the Officer present in Court, states that there are three eye witnesses to the incident and that all the three eye witnesses' statements have been recorded including that of Komal Kolge. She further submits that Rohit Londhe and Anand Londhe are accused in the said C.R. and as such, the question of recording their statements does not arise. Learned APP, on instructions, states that investigation is almost complete and the chargesheet will be filed within three weeks from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition.

The Petition stands disposed off.
