Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner is behind bar, but he has not been producing before the trial Court regularly. Hence, he requested that direction be given to produce him as and when required, particularly when evidence is recorded, and direction be given to expedite the trial as early as possible. 3.

I have heard both learned counsel. Petitioner is an under trial prisoner, and he be produced before the learned Special Court when evidence is recorded, and I pass following order:-

ORDER

i. Petition is allowed.

ii. The learned Special Court is directed to expedite the trial and the Petitioner be produced before the Special Court when evidence is recorded in Special Case No.131 of 2024.

. The petition stands disposed of.
