By an order dated 12th September 2025, ad-interim relief granted to the petitioners was directed to continue for a period of eight weeks.

The period of currency of the ad-interim relief so granted by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court would expire on 7th November 2025.

By the said order, the petitioners were granted permission to carry out necessary amendment but no step was taken on behalf of the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners is seeking further time for complying with the order dated 12th September 2025. This request is declined. However, a liberty is reserved with the petitioners to file a fresh petition before the Jurisdictional Court within a period of one week and the interim Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:

protection granted to the petitioners shall continue till 14th November 2025. If the petitioners fail to file a fresh petition within the stipulated time, the interim order so granted shall stand vacated.
