At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for prayer clause (b) in this petition and seeks liberty to file a substantive petition with respect to the said prayer, if the occasion so arises.

In view of the same, the said prayer is not considered, however, liberty as sought for, is granted.

907-WP-1388-2025.doc As far as other prayers are concerned, it appears that the petitioner essentially seeks de-freezing of his account with the respondent No.3-HDFC Bank, which came to be frozen at the behest of the respondent No.2-Bengaluru North East Cen, Cen (Cyber Crime), Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that the fraud amount allegedly transferred in the petitioner's bank account is Rs.1451.60 paise. She states that a lien will be created on the said amount and steps will be taken to de-freeze the petitioner's account. She states that the said exercise will be carried out at the earliest and in any event, within 72 hours. Statement accepted. In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. The petition stand disposed of. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
