Learned APP pointed out that the charges are already framed in this case. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that he is not pressing this Petition on merits. However, he submitted that the charges are framed in the year 2018 and till today there is no further progress in the trial. He submitted that directions be issued so that the trial is expedited.

Considering that the learned counsel for the Petitioners is not pressing the Petition on merits of the matter, the Petition is disposed of as not pressed. However, since the charges are already framed in the year 2018, it is expected that the learned trial Judge decides this trial as expeditiously as possible.

With these observations, the Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
