By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to register an FIR as against the persons mentioned in the petitioner's complaints dated 15th January, 2025 and 18th February, 2025.

Learned APP has tendered a Medical Report of Shri. Gopal Ahuja. A copy of the said report of Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital (Psychiatric Department) is taken on record. The said report indicates that Shri Gopal Lakhmichand Ahuja is suffering from Schizophrenia, for which, he requires treatment. 3.
At this stage, learned APP states that the Police have come to the conclusion that the petitioner's complaints do not disclose the commission of a cognizable offence and as such, have closed the complaints. She further states that the decision will be communicated to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Needless to sate, that it is now open for the petitioner to adopt appropriate proceeding, as maintainable in law, before the appropriate Court/Forum.

Needless to also states, that we have not gone into the merits of the reasons of closure of the complaints, and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open.
