The Petitioner, who is seeking direction for staying the warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panvel, Raigad for recovery of arrears, seeks withdrawal of the present Writ Petition, considering the fact that his appeal against the order passed by the J.M.F.C. granting interim maintenance to the wife at the rate of Rs.30,000/- has been challenged by him before the District a1nd Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel. However, considering the urgency in the matter, the District and Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel is requested to decide the matter expeditiously as early as possible.
