After arguing for sometime and after inviting our attention to the FIR and after we perused the copy of the sale deed produced by the learned APP, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this petition, at this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this petition. He seeks liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law as and when charge-sheet is filed against the Petitioners. 2.
The permission is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally with such liberty.
