DATE : 8th AUGUST, 2025 P.C.:- 1) After hearing Mr.Pendse, learned Advocate for the Petitioners at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief as prayed for, he on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the trial Court. 1.1) Leave and liberty granted.

2) Disposed off as withdrawn.

3) It is needless to mention that our aforesaid observations and the observations made in Para No.2 of the Order dated 25th July 2025, are prima facie in nature and the trial Court shall not get influenced by the said observations while deciding the Application for discharge or while conducting the trial of the Petitioners.
