Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of C.R.No.392 of 2024 registered with the Khed Police Station to any other police station within the Zone of Respondent No.4-the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Khed. 3.
The grievance of the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that initially, three persons were arraigned as accused on the basis of the FIR. However, subsequently, the complainant had made allegations against four other persons who were also involved in the Gaikwad RD 1/2
12-wp-1414-2025.doc commission of the said offence. He states that the said four persons who were named on 7th December 2024 have not been arraigned as accused.

Learned APP states that the other four persons who were named subsequently have also been arraigned as accused and chargesheet has been filed against all the 7 persons. 5.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, leaned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition, since the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed. 6.
