By this petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the Vartak Nagar, Police Station to take steps on the online complaint of the Petitioner dated 10th February 2025. 2.
Ms. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions, states that despite the Petitioner being called to the Police Station for recording of his statement, the Petitioner has failed to appear. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will report to the concerned officer within one week from today to enable the police to record his statement. Suresh 1/2
917-WP-1420-2025.doc After the statement is recorded, the police to take an appropriate decision on the Petitioner's complaint, within four weeks thereafter and also communicate their decision to the Petitioner. 4.
In view of the aforesaid nothing survives for consideration in the Petition. Petition stands disposed off. 5.
Needless to state that we have not gone into the merits of the Petitioner's complaint, and as such, keep all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
