By this Application, the Applicant seeks extension of the period of parole by three months.

Perused the Application.

The Applicant was granted parole on the ground of the surgery to be performed on the Applicant's father. The said parole was granted on 20th March 2025 for a period of 40 days. 4.

We are informed and which fact is not disputed, is that the Suresh 1/2

908-IA-(ST)-9473-2025.doc Applicant's father got operated on 25th April 2024. As per the Rules further extension beyond 40 days parole cannot be granted. Even otherwise the Applicant has a brother and a sister who can well take care of the Applicant's father.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to extend the period of parole.

Interim Application is rejected.
