Learned APP pointed out that the Petitioner No.1 is absconding and even a proclamation is issued against the Petitioner No.1. He is evading due process of law. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition filed by the Petitioner No.1 as well as the Petitioner No.2. The Petition is dismissed. However, the Petitioner No.2 is at liberty to prefer a separate Petition for the reliefs claimed in this Petition only on her behalf. With these observations, the Petition is disposed of. ( S.M.
