By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a directions to the Respondent- Police to forthwith take steps pursuant to the order dated 16th October 2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-7th, Court, Thane.

By the said order, the Judicial Magistrate First Class-7th, Court, Thane directed the police officer-in-charge of Kasarvadavli Police Station, Thane to register an FIR and submit a report as early as possible.

The grievance of the Petitioner was that despite the order dated 16th October 2024, till date the police had not registered an FIR pursuant to which the Petitioner was constrained to file the aforesaid Petition.

On 26th March 2025, the Petition was disposed off by this Court and a detailed order was passed. Today it is kept for recording compliance of the same.

Today, the learned APP states that the police have registered an FIR on 26th March 2025 and also secured all the documents as per clause (4) of the Magistrate's order dated 16th October 2024. Hence, no further orders.
