Heard Ms. Swapana Kode, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

The only relief which has been sought by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition is to expedite the hearing of Domestic Violence Application No.53 of 2023 in a period of 6 months. However, such type of prayers cannot be granted considering the pendency of other DV cases. 3.

However, the learned JMFC, Vikhroli, Mumbai to take steps for disposal of the Domestic Violence Application No.53 of 2023 expeditiously as per its turn.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms, however, with no order as to costs.
