By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent No.2 i.e. the Police Official of D. N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, to take action on the Petitioner's complaint dated 23rd January 2025.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. Petition is disposed off. 4.

Needless to states that we have not gone into the merits of the Petitioner's complaint and as such all contentions of all the parties are kept open.
