Mr. Chinmay Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that by these applications, the Applicants are seeking leave to carry out amendment to the respective Writ Petitions for raising additional grounds challenging the chargesheet and tendering the same on record. He submits that the chargesheet was filed during the pendency of these petitions. Mr. Khan, learned APP does not object to the request made by the Petitioners and submits that both the Applications can be allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the Application. 2.
In view of the no objection, the following order: (a) Interim Application St. No. 23057 of 2025 allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within 14 days from today. The chargesheet along with documents be produced within the same time. Amended copy be served on the office of the learned APP.
