This matter was mentioned out of turn at 11.00 am by Mr. A M Saraogi, learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.

By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief :- "(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and direction directing the quashing of the Sections applied against the Petitioner i.e. Section 115(2), 117(2), 352 and 103(1) in connection with FIR No.673 of 2024 and file appropriate charge sheet under Section 193 B.N.S., 2023 on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

Mr. Saraogi, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, states that the charge is framed in FIR No.673 of 2024, and

Mr.Y M Nakhawa, learned APP for the Respondent/State does not object to the request for withdrawal of the present Petition.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Saraogi, leave to unconditionally withdraw this Petition is granted. The Writ Petition No.1540 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.)
