Leave to amend granted to specifically makes a prayer regarding illegal detention, as the entire petition is about illegal detention. Learned APP submitted that the prayer for challenging the judicial order will have to be placed before the Single Judge. 2.

Considering the grievance raised in the petition, leave is granted to add prayer clause in respect of illegal detention of the Petitioner.

The amendment shall be carried out forthwith. A fresh amended copy be served on the Respondents.
