By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of C.R.No. 865 of 2024 registered with the Koparkhairane Police Station, Thane, to any other investigating agency. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Police have not taken any steps and have not taken the said C.R. forward, despite the petitioner submitting documents in support of his complaint/FIR.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the investigation is almost complete and chargesheet will be filed in the said case, latest, within two weeks. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the aforesaid petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh petition if the occasion so arises in future.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
