This matter was listed on yesterday's board. The board was prepared in the last week. Yesterday i.e. on 02nd April 2025, we had directed the matter to be listed on 16.04.2025 at 2.30 p.m.. However, it was subsequently noticed that originally this matter pertains to the bench of the Hon'ble Justice Revati Mohite Dere and the Hon'ble Justice Dr. Neela Gokhale. Vide the order dated 14.02.2025 that bench had passed the order that the matter not to be placed before a bench of which Justice Dr. Neela Gokhale is a member. Vide that modification our bench is now the alternate bench for the bench presided over by Justice Ravindra V. Ghuge. The alternate bench for the bench presided over by Justice Revati Mohite Dere is now the bench headed by Justice G. S. Kulkarni. Therefore, the matter may not lie before this bench. 2.

Office to verify this position and place the matter before the appropriate bench.
