The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that no warrant has even been issued against the petitioners. From December 2024 to March 2025, their anticipatory bail application remained pending before the Competent Courts. The learned APP seeks time to take instructions. Meanwhile, the effect and implementation of the proclamation order dated 7 February 2025 shall remain stayed.
