By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks permission to take out a procession alongwith devotees to support the nationwide procession, in support of the demand of handing over of the management of the Mahabodhi Budhha Vihar to the Buddhists of India as well as for the murder of the persons mentioned in the Petition. The said procession was to be carried on on 29th March 2025. Since the permission was refused, the Petitioner filed the aforesaid Petition. 2.

We are informed that the police Authorities have granted Gaikwad RD 1/2

909-wp-1634-2025.doc permission to the Petitioner for carrying out the procession on 29th March 2025, only yesterday.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that because of the belated permission, the Petitioner is unable to make appropriate arrangements and hence, the Petitioner intends to now organize the procession on 5th April 2025. She states that the Petitioner will make an appropriate Application today itself before the concerned Authorities. The Authorities to consider the said Application, if made, expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observations, the Petition stands disposed off.
