By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of C.R.No.312 of 2024 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station, Solapur to State CID or seeks constitution of a SIT. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the police are taken steps and that all the concerned Officers have been summoned to the police station for verifying whether the agreement is forged or not. He further submits that the accused concerned have been granted anticipatory bail. He seeks time.
