By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks quashing of the Look Out Circular ('LOC') issued against the Petitioner at the behest of the Gamdevi Police Station in connection with C.R.No.211 of 2019. 2.

Mr. Saste, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that the LOC will be withdrawn by the police. He states that the Petitioner has been granted pre-arrest bail. He further submits that this Court has in the Petitioner's Petition seeking quashing of the case directed investigation to continue, however, chargesheet not to be filed qua the Petitioner. Learned APP further submits that appropriate steps will be taken to withdraw the LOC at the earliest and in any event, within one week from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.
