By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks registration of the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint; and, collection of the original CCTV footage relating to the incident which occurred at the NSCI Club, Worli, Mumbai.

Learned APP on instructions submits that an FIR has been registered as against an employee of the NSCI Club, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 305 and 324(5) of 'The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') i.e. vide C.R. No.74 of 2025 with the Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai. As far as the CCTV footage is concerned, she states that the police have seized the CCTV footage. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
