By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 5th January 2023.

In view of the statement made by the learned Addl. P.P, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of.

Needless to state that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's complaint and as such all contentions of all parties are kept open.
