By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to investigate the matter and to arrest the absconding accused named in FIR No.950 of 2024, registered with the Shanti Nagar Police Station, Bhiwandi, District- Thane.

Learned APP on instructions states, that till date, nine accused have been arrested and that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the said persons. She states that however investigation under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is kept open. She further states that appropriate steps will be taken to arrest the absconding accused. Statement accepted. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly. DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.
