At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to amend the cause-title. Leave granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the complaint filed by the complainant-Shivaji Bhosle against the petitioners. SQ Pathan 1/2

919-WP-1698-2025.doc Learned Addl.P.P states that a copy of the complaint will be shown to the petitioners or their lawyer. Statement accepted.

As far as prayer clause (b), which is an interim relief seeking no coercive action against the petitioners, it is open for the petitioners to adopt appropriate steps before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
