By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison to provide a copy of the Medical Certificate as well as the medical record of the Petitioner.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the medical case papers of the Petitioner as well as the Medical Certificate will be provided once again to the Petitioner within one week from today. Statement accepted.
