Mr.Nikhil Pawar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions of the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will deposit entire arrears as per the impugned order dated 11.07.2023 passed by the Family Court, Kolhapur in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.09 of 2021, in this Court within a period of three weeks from today.

In view of the above statements made on instructions of the Petitioner, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 07.05.2025.
In addition to Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private service and file affidavit of service before the next date.
In view of the above statements, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c), which reads as under: "c) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Criminal Writ Petition, the execution, operation and effect of the Judgment and Order dated 11.07.2023 passed by the Ld. Family Court, Kolhapur in Criminal Misc. Application No.09 of 2021 be kindly stayed."
