35-WP-3162-2024 & 1740-2025.doc under Sections 354, 323, 504, and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the Registry shall take steps to place the said petition, along with the connected petition being Writ Petition No.3162 of 2024, before the appropriate Bench having the assignment, as per the Roster.

The interim protection granted in both the aforesaid petitions to continue upto 14th November 2025, to enable the parties to take appropriate steps before the regular Bench. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
